Service Description

Master's Technician Chairside Support (MTCS) brings a Master's Arch-trained technician to your office for on-site collaboration through the All-On-X surgical, preparation, and delivery appointments. This booking reserves the technician and equipment for your surgery day. It covers a Master's Arch-trained technician on site for the full day and photogrammetry equipment rental, so your patient leaves with a finished provisional the same day. The immediate provisional itself is a separate laboratory charge and is not included in this booking. See our All-On-X pricing for immediate provisional options, or ask our team. This appointment is a full day. To book two consecutive full days, contact our team at hello@mastersarch.com. When booking, describe the case information along with the patient's initials so we arrive prepared for the specific appointment. We recommend reviewing the AOX Surgery Day Playbook and completing a Case Planning call before booking so the kit list, records, and conversion clock are settled in advance. IMPORTANT: THIS IS A BOOKING REQUEST AND IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A SEPARATE EMAIL FROM MASTER'S ARCH. Pricing: $1,500, invoiced upon confirmation. ACH or check preferred. - $1,000 technician, on site for the full day - $500 photogrammetry equipment rental Travel expenses are billed separately after the visit at cost, including flights, hotel, and ground transportation. Laboratory work for the case is billed separately at catalog pricing. Materials: all materials and implant components are supplied by the provider in advance. Please book a Case Planning call if you have questions about what to order from your materials or implant vendor. Cancellation and rescheduling: cancel or reschedule more than three weeks (21 days) before your scheduled date and the $1,500 is refunded in full. Within three weeks of the scheduled date, the fee is non-refundable, as travel and technician scheduling have already been committed. Please consult with our team for more information.
