Service Description

When booking a Same Day Smile, please describe the case information along with patient's initials to ensure we are all on the same page for D-Day. We recommend going through the 3D Smile Design Mockup Kit process prior to booking your appointment with Master's Arch for predictable results and expectations of you, your patient and our Master's Ceramist. IMPORTANT: THIS IS A BOOKING REQUEST AND IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE ANOTHER EMAIL FROM MASTER'S ARCH. Minimum units to book a Same Day Smile is 8 Units. This appointment is for a full-day with Master's Ceramist. To book for 2 full-day appointments, please contact our team. hello@mastersarch.com Please note: There is a $650 non-refundable travel arrangement deposit plus other travel fees, should it exceed $650. Each unit will be charged a service fee at the time of service. Please check with our admin team for our per unit cost and options. Materials: All materials are supplied by the provider in advance. Please book a Case Consultation if you have questions about what to order with your materials vendor. This deposit is non-refundable with no exceptions. Upon cancellation and or rescheduling, this deposit will cover lost fees. Please consult with our team for more information.
